Jason Weston and his Company are doing the HVAC SYSTEM for our New Home. We discuss this project before construction and Jason’s Experience and Technical Knowledge was Very Helpful and Important to me. I explained what I wanted and the type of equipment I wanted to use and he put everything together which made working with him VERY EASY AND ENJOYABLE. Tried 3 poolcompanies before one of them referred me to E & J. They were able to come out the next day and had the pool heater up and running ! Andrew was great and now I know who to call next time I have a problem

I was so frustrated for weeks trying to find someone to fix a heat pump pool heater until my partner gave me E and J heating. They came out the very next day and replaced the compacitor all in the same trip. Incredibly knowledgeable and kind technician and highly recommend them to anyone needing heating repairs.

Immediate response when calling for appointment and they were able to be out the next morning at 8am. Great communication, tracking of tech and his location when on the way via email and text. Andrew our tech was very professional, transparent in his explanation of the issue found on our pool heater and pricing for repair. Highly recommend E&J!

Jason did check for a gas leak and found none. He checked the burners and recommended that they be replaced. He was friendly and offered to return if I needed anything additional. Very pleased with the service.

We called E&J to get a quote on replacing our HVAC since the company we had used for 12 years said it would be too expensive to fix and said replacement was our only option. E&J came out and within 30 minutes identified the problem and said the unit didn’t need replacement and gave me options for the repair. He ordered the replacement part and was back the following morning to install it. Finding a company that does honest work and didn’t push to upsell me is why we are switching to them for all of our future HVAC work. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent work by Jason. There were two issues. He diagnosed the first issue and then took the time to be assured that was the only problem. Further diagnosis determined there was a second issue. Very pleased with knowledge and service.

Andrew checked the system and added the required “recharge”. Had to go back to the office to get the replacement filter but was back in a super timely fashion. Couldn’t be more pleased.

The scheduling of the maintenance was easy. The tech was on time and was pleasant to talk to. I was left with the a good impression of the knowledge of the tech.

The team from E&J did a great job resolving airflow issues with our existing system. I hired them to replace a ridiculous mess of flex duct that was installed by prior HVAC companies. They installed rigid sheet metal and shorter, neater sections of flex duct to each register. This is the way it should have been done in the first place! Very happy with the results. We no longer have hot and cold rooms in our house, with the more uniform airflow. When you hire someone to install a system, make sure you ask about the system layout and the ductwork they will use!

Word cannot express how satisfied I am with this company. From booking the appointment to the actual inspection to paying for everything: it was seamless and easy. They were extremely communicative, and, what I appreciated most of all, they were honest. Our furnace is old, but I was looking for a company who was willing to maintain something that is still in good working condition instead of just making the suggestion to replace everything; and that is exactly what we got! Our tech was fantastic as well. He was polite, on time, and did an excellent job. We have found the company that we will be using for years to come!
