Outstanding service and professional technicians who took pride in their work. Had a complete HVAC replacement and ductwork. Highly recommend this company.

We called E&J to get a quote on replacing our HVAC since the company we had used for 12 years said it would be too expensive to fix and said replacement was our only option. E&J came out and within 30 minutes identified the problem and said the unit didn’t need replacement and gave me options for the repair. He ordered the replacement part and was back the following morning to install it. Finding a company that does honest work and didn’t push to upsell me is why we are switching to them for all of our future HVAC work. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent work by Jason. There were two issues. He diagnosed the first issue and then took the time to be assured that was the only problem. Further diagnosis determined there was a second issue. Very pleased with knowledge and service.

Andrew checked the system and added the required “recharge”. Had to go back to the office to get the replacement filter but was back in a super timely fashion. Couldn’t be more pleased.

The team from E&J did a great job resolving airflow issues with our existing system. I hired them to replace a ridiculous mess of flex duct that was installed by prior HVAC companies. They installed rigid sheet metal and shorter, neater sections of flex duct to each register. This is the way it should have been done in the first place! Very happy with the results. We no longer have hot and cold rooms in our house, with the more uniform airflow. When you hire someone to install a system, make sure you ask about the system layout and the ductwork they will use!

Word cannot express how satisfied I am with this company. From booking the appointment to the actual inspection to paying for everything: it was seamless and easy. They were extremely communicative, and, what I appreciated most of all, they were honest. Our furnace is old, but I was looking for a company who was willing to maintain something that is still in good working condition instead of just making the suggestion to replace everything; and that is exactly what we got! Our tech was fantastic as well. He was polite, on time, and did an excellent job. We have found the company that we will be using for years to come!

I would recommend them to anyone I called in the afternoon. They made an appointment and came out. He assessed my furnace, thank God. It wasn’t a major issue very trustworthy fixed everything and I really appreciate it. I will definitely call them again.

Great communication and really helped at a time of trouble. Our furnace wasn’t heating the house on a snowy Sunday and we quickly had Jason in assessing and fixing our furnace.

This is a terrific company to work with. The same day I called someone came out gave me an estimate to replace the humidifier on my furnace and two days later today it was installed. So far, I will be using them year-round to service my AC and heat in the spring and fall. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Very quick to respond and got the job done for our family.

E & j heating did a great job for us. During this continous below zero temp week our heat drop in the house. We called and they made it out within hours to repair our furnace . We are up and running with 6° outside. We love the employees of E & J. From the office staff, to JD the tech and Jason the owner! We appreciate you all. I contacted E&J for a second opinion after a different local provider came out and found a litany of problems completely unrelated to my original concern. Jason stopped by with relatively short notice and checked over everything that they had previously assessed. He showed me his instrument readings and explained the expected ranges - it became very clear that my HVAC equipment was not on the brink of complete failure like I had been led to believe. I greatly appreciate the speed at which Jason came out, as well as his willingness to talk through everything with me and assure me that everything is working as expected. Next time my system is acting up, I will be calling E&J.

JD was great in determining the issue with our gas furnace late on a Friday, ordered part and installed in timely manner on Monday . Jason was also kind enough to stop by over that weekend as unit stopped working. Thank goodness it was not too cold. Will definitely use again.
